If you’ve stumbled onto this page, welcome - I’m Cindy, a Senior Project Manager who has spent the last decade navigating the twists and turns of tech, data, and transformation projects.
I didn’t take the traditional path into project management (more on that in my upcoming post, “The Accidental Project Manager”). My career has taken me through marketing, events, finance, education, and eventually into the world of technology and data governance. At first glance, that may sound like a patchwork. In reality, every pivot added a layer of experience that shaped the project manager I am today: adaptable, people-focused, and obsessed with turning complexity into clarity.
Over the past five years, I’ve specialised in delivering B2B and B2C technology builds, mobile applications, finance solutions, and data governance programmes - always with Agile and Scrum at the core. I’ve led cross-functional teams across time zones, coached organisations in embracing Agile practices, and helped businesses, from start-ups to corporates, transform the way they deliver value.
So, why this page?
Because I believe project management is about more than Gantt charts, sprint boards, and KPIs. It’s about people, adaptability, and the lessons learned along the way - and I want to share those lessons. Here, you’ll find insights on Agile delivery, reflections on my own career journey, and thoughts on what it takes to lead projects in an ever-changing world.

This blog is part storytelling, part professional reflection, and part resource hub - for anyone who has ever wondered how to navigate change, manage complexity, or simply survive a sprint retrospective that goes off the rails.
So, hello, world. I’m glad you’re here.
Cindy
