Technology Delivery & Innovation
I have successfully delivered more than five bespoke SaaS platforms and mobile applications from concept to launch, significantly improving efficiency and user experience for clients. By modernising legacy systems and introducing scalable, value-driven solutions, I helped organisations future-proof their operations. Applying Agile delivery practices such as incremental releases and backlog prioritisation, I enabled faster feedback cycles, improved stakeholder confidence, and achieved up to a 30% increase in project delivery speed through the introduction of reusable components and clearer scope definition.

Process Improvement & Automation
Efficiency is at the core of my approach to project management. For SME clients, I streamlined CRM processes and automated workflows, saving more than six hours of manual work each week and freeing teams to focus on higher-value tasks. Embedding Agile practices such as continuous improvement workshops and retrospectives ensured that teams remained proactive in identifying inefficiencies. By standardising documentation and approval cycles, I reduced delays and enhanced transparency, fostering trust between teams and stakeholders while reinforcing a culture of accountability.

Global & Cross-Functional Collaboration
One of my most impactful roles involved leading the documentation and structured handover for a multi-region data governance rollout within R&D. This required not only project rigour but also strong Agile coaching to align global teams on shared ways of working. Through consistent communication frameworks and facilitation of cross-functional ceremonies, I ensured transparency and clarity across time zones and functions. The outcome was a smoother transition, stronger stakeholder engagement, and improved adoption of governance frameworks - all critical in embedding long-term change.

Project Recovery & Risk Management
Rescuing underperforming projects has been a recurring challenge in my career, and one I approach with confidence. By stabilising delivery, re-aligning teams through Scrum ceremonies, and re-establishing client trust with transparent progress updates, I have turned projects around to deliver ahead of schedule. A structured approach to risk management, combined with coaching teams to anticipate and mitigate blockers early, has consistently reduced delivery risk and improved client satisfaction. These experiences highlight the importance of leadership that is both decisive and adaptable.

Agile Leadership & Coaching
Throughout my career, I have placed strong emphasis on building high-performing, self-managed teams. I have coached cross-functional groups in Agile adoption, helping them transition from traditional delivery models to iterative, value-driven ways of working. By facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as retrospectives, sprint planning, and backlog refinement, I encouraged collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. These efforts not only raised Agile maturity within teams but also improved delivery predictability and stakeholder confidence, demonstrating the long-term value of embedding an Agile mindset within organisations.
